4/5 - 😃Positive👍

Time to Beat - Approx 3.5 hours (Main Story only, with some optional objectives/score grinding.)

Delivers well on the fast-paced, self-contained, arcade FPS action it promises. The story feels a little "low-calorie", with one or two minor plot-holes (why is the pink beanie mentioned once and then just forgotten about?) but I don't think it has any serious problems.

Going for a highscore is interesting as the timer and score are combined into one system. There's no difficulty select, so rank and score is the only real difficulty difference.

Game runs surprisingly poorly given the small install and art style, and there's limited graphical options to tweak. Sub-native resolutions use some weird upscaler by default, so I played most of the game in windowed mode and with a screen magnifier. That being said, I still think most people will be able to run it at a "beatable' level, and UI is still readable at about 720p.

Excited to try the expansions!
